Tyrone Lebon, Swatch & V Magazine

As part of the 2012 campaign for Swatch’s New Gent Lacquered collection, South London photographer, Tyrone Lebon headed off to New York’s East Village to shoot a clutch of cool artists for V Magazine.

In the heartbeat of New York’s creative community, female rapper Iggy Azelea smoulders on a city roof top, whilst the artists and musicians Grimes and SSION pound the pavements of the city’s streets posing for Lebon. The still shots and behind the scenes video were featured in V Magazine, while the accompanying installation, Swatch From The Streets, also filmed by Lebon, was part of an online competition to find the world’s most stylish and inspirational streets.

Complete Ltd managed all the colour and retouching on the images used in the print copies of the Spring 2012 issue of V Magazine.
